3D Printed Nursery/ Horticulture Tooling

THE PROBLEM

A long time client of ours recently requested specialized tooling for horticulture work. The issue was getting seedlings out of a tray:

OUR DESIGN FOR A SOLUTION

We designed a tool to ease the removal process. The tool was designed to remove an entire row of seedlings at once from the tray.

FINAL PRODUCT

The design was easily transferred to our 3D printer and in a few hours the seedling removal tool was ready to go. In less than a day we tackled a problem, designed a solution and created a working product.
